We're back baby! Kate had a blast working with Digital OutPost and POST on a Dispatcher Wellness shoot.


Kate was under the impression that she was supposed to be preparing for the zombie apocalypse, not the plague apocalypse. If you're bored waiting for the zombies to show up, you can check out Kate in Bristol Valley Theatre's BVT @ Home series - she appears in Strong by Dominic Orlando, and directed The Wheel Woman by Vincent Delaney. In addition, the Roustabouts Theatre Co is streaming Margin of Error, which Kate appeared in in 2017, until Aug. 23 as part of their Second Stage Virtual Series. Check it out here


Kate is delighted to be continuing her work as a founding member of Loud Fridge Theatre Group. They have recently started pre-production and casting for the upcoming San Diego premiere of Rachel Bublitz's Ripped, which Kate will be co-directing with Leigh Akin. The Humans closed out a successful run, and Kate immediately jumped into rehearsals as an assistant-director on The Roustabout's world-premiere production of Will Cooper's Guntopia - tickets and more info here

Arabian Shakespeare Festival's Twelfth Night, in which Kate played Viola, cleaned up at the annual Theatre Bay Area (TBA) awards, winning Outstanding Ensemble and Outstanding Production awards

Kate is back in San Diego, and pleased to announce that up next, she will be returning to Scripps Ranch Theatre to appear in And Neither Have I Wings to Fly, directed by Jacquelyn Ritz


In between performances of The Case of the Jersey Lily, Kate directed a well-received reading of It's a Small World: or, The Robot Play by Amber Palmer. She also assistant-directed the world premiere of The King's Legacy, a musical about Anne Boleyn and Elizabeth I written by Michael Radi. Meanwhile, in San Diego, Straight closed out a successful run

Kate was thrilled to be involved in the reading of The Best We Could as part of La Jolla Playhouse's DNA new works series 


Kate is performing in a reading of one of her favorite plays, Sam Shepard's Fool for Love, on April 22nd at Tenth Avenue Arts Center in San Diego. More event info can be found here


Kate has an exciting and jam-packed summer lined up. First up, she returns to Scripps Ranch Theatre to appear in Move Over Mrs. Markham, playing in June. Then, she makes her directorial debut with the San Diego premiere of Straight, presented by Loud Fridge Theatre Group. Last but not least, she returns to Bristol Valley Theatre to perform in Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Jersey Lily. While there, she will also direct a staged reading and assistant direct a world premiere musical, The King's Legacy. Phew!
